What is Forms.fyi?
Forms.fyi is a headless form backend service that allows you to receive form submissions from your websites without building your own backend infrastructure.

We provide form endpoints that accept submissions, validate data, store responses, and optionally send notifications or trigger webhooks. Our service handles the technical complexity so you can focus on your frontend development.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Forms.fyi, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

Form Endpoints

We provide unique form endpoints that accept HTTP POST requests from your websites and applications. Each endpoint can be configured with validation rules, notification settings, and custom responses.

Data Storage

Form submissions are stored securely in our database with metadata including timestamps, origin verification, and IP hashes for spam protection.

Notifications

Optional email notifications can be configured to alert you when new submissions are received. Webhooks are also supported for integration with other services.
